Conflict Mediation

Jesus stated in Matthew 18:20, "For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them," however, it also seems that when two or three gather, conflict is also present.  Certainly congregations and church staff are not exempt from conflict, yet the failure to seek outside assistance oftentimes results in furter division and chaos.<p>When your congregation and/or church staff are not able to resolve their differences we encourage you to contact our office.  The sooner outside consultants can be brought in, usually the better success rate is at helping to reduce and/or resolve the conflict.  Fees are charged for this service.<p>Contact <a href="mail to:dspeight@cbgc.org">Dallas Speight at 303-771-2480 ext 231 for more information.
