The Democratic National Convention (DNC) will be in Denver August 25-28, 2008. The Office of Emergency Management for Denver and other agencies in the City are making plans to respond in case of a terrorist attack, forest fires, or a weather related emergency. The Colorado Baptist Disaster Relief Team is involved in the emergency preparedness planning, and will be on "Stand-by" in order to respond at a moment's notice to an emergency. | ||
