ROCKY MOUNTAIN SCHOOL of THEOLOGY & MISSIONS Working to mobilize God’s people from Worship to Missions Rocly Mountain School of Theology & Missions (RMSTM) is an extension of the ACTS Training Center founded in 2001. RMSTM is a seminary opened to all denominations and is recognized by Southern Baptist Churches in the State of Colorado. The GOAL of RMSTM is to equip and mobilize an army of men and women who have been taught to see themselves as the ministers God called them to be in the context where He has placed them. The MISSION is for everyone to hear the Gospel, have the opportinity to respond, and be drawn into a biblical community of discipleship and worship God. The END VISION is to see the Kingdom of God brought to every (panta ta ethne) people group through a live and biblically equipped church. RMSTM is affiliated with the Baptist University of the Americas (BUA) in San Antonio, Tx. Bua was founded in 1947 by the San Antonio Baptist Association. BUA has over 30 Baptist Bible Institutes in Texas, Alabama,Colorado, Mexico, and India. BUA currently offers a Bacherlors degree on campus and several on-line courses. Diploma in Theology (60 hrs.) The Certificate in Ministerial Studies must be completed prior to enrolling in the Diploma in Theology program. This diploma provides a broader area of study for stronger Biblical and Ministerial fundament to the student. Program StudyCertificate in Biblical Studies (15 hrs.) This is Bible preparation for Bible Study teacher and other church leader and for every believer who sees him/herself as a minister. Certificate in Ministerial Studies (30 hrs.) Second level of training - Students must complete the 5 courses in Biblical Studies to complete this certificate. This preparation is for church leaders who have chosen an area of interest in ministry such as Church Planting, Pastoral Ministries, Youth ministry, or Religious Education.
Diploma in Missiology (60 hrs.) The Certificate in Ministerial Studies must be completed prior to enrolling in the Diploma in Missiology program. This is intercultural training with an Acts 1:8 emphasis. It explores the endless opportunity to minister beyond our own people group. This training is geared toward those who are feeling a call into local and foreign missions. Currently all classes are held in Spanish Register for Fall classes staring in September, 2007
