TITLE: Charting Your Course TARGET AUDIENCE: Pastors, Stewardship Team, Treasurer PURPOSE: To train pastors how to lead this interactive budget development tool. DESCRIPTION: This conference equips pastors to use an exciting, interactive, and results producing budget development tool. During the event, which centers around a banquet/meal, members will help decide the direction of church ministries and indicate their level of financial support. A positive challenge to Christian giving is presented. This is a remake of the very effective Great Challenge Program of 1975. This event supplements and does not replace the work of the church budget committee. TIME REQUIREMENTS: The training conference will take one and one half hours plus fellowship time or meal.
