TITLE: New Challenge Colorado
TARGET AUDIENCE: Pastor’s & churches considering new construction, remodeling, or debt retirement. PURPOSE: This is not an associational conference, rather a reminder of this resource.. DOM’s are in a advantageous position to inform pastors and churches of the availability of New Challenge Colorado. NCC is our own (GBGC) capital fund raising program. Once the Pastor contacts the Stewardship Consultant, a presentation can be planned for the church and/or leadership body. New Challenge Colorado can also be adapted for an associational capital fund raising campaign. DESCRIPTION: A presentation can be made to a church by a trained consultant that outlines the components of the New Challenge Capital fund raising program and seeks to answer questions about its use, cost, and effectiveness. TIME REQUIREMENTS: One hour fifteen minutes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Stewardship Department Provide leadership Provide sample materials when possible
Association Refer prospective churches to consultant Church Arrange meeting Promote meeting Provide refreshments or meal Provide tables, lectern, projection screen, etc. as required by the consultant.
