Fort Collins - Discovery Fellowship in Fort Collins has added a 9 a.m. Sunday worship service.  The congregation also has embarked on a series of outreach events for 2008.  Rick Vannoy is the senior pastor.

Johnstown - First Baptist Church of Johnstown, a congregation of about 30, has begun a new food pantry and clothes closet ministry.  Members report they "are seeing miraculous things happen" as they are being a servant to the community.  David Legg is their senior pastor.

Loveland - Derby Hill Baptist Church in Loveland recently formed an assessment team to help the congregation refocus its mission.  Special training is planned to better equip church leaders and members meet the spiritual needs of the community.  The congregation credits "courageous leadership" and the work of Henry Moore for helping them "dream again."  Duane Trimble is senior pastor.

Loveland - Orchards Baptist Church in Loveland, Estes Park Baptist, Hill-n-Park Mission in Greeley and Longs Peak Baptist Association will welcome eight to ten missionaries to the area this summer.  Each congregation will host two collegiate missionaries.  The association will welcome two, or perhaps more, seminary students to assist in starting new churches.

Telluride - The Alpine Chapel in Telluride held a groundbreaking ceremony New Year's Day at the site of their church house.  Drawings and other information are posted on the church Web site, www.alpinechapelonline.com.  Aaron "Tree" Cooper is senior pastor.
