This resource is for equipping an army of Christians for Evangelizing, Disciple Making, Gathering People, and Establishing Churches. This guide can by used for self-study or as a training guide with a mentor, pastor, other ministry leader, or associational missionary.

• In 6 lessons, Biblical principles and basic practices will be introduced. Each lesson will emphasize on-the-job training to help people learn as they go.
• All sections are reproducible, usually in one-page formats which direct learners to God’s Word.
• Leaders can implement the training in personal mentoring meetings, weekly group meetings, or special one-day workshops.
• It is principle-driven and is flexible to fit any context.
