This missionary will be responsible for working alongside our states Multihousing Coordinator to do events in multihousing communities (Example; "Kid's Club's), they will help encourage these teams that are already working in specific communities, and they will assist in resourcing these teams (Example: the multihousing trailer). The need is overwhelming along the I-25 Corridor of Colorado, and the necessity for someone to assist in this work is great. MSC CO

A motivated person or couple is needed to coordinate the youth of an inner city congregation. The position includes working with the youth during worship services and coordinating/planning activities. The youth coordinator will be responsible for setting up teams of youth from Globeville Community Church to evangelize the surrounding community through outreach events and sharing the Gospel. The neighborhood is ethnically diverse and has shown to be open to the Gospel. Formerly, Globeville was an area of drug deals but through the grace of God it is being transformed and now offers many areas of ministry. The church is currently making plans to expand their building to accommodate their growing membership and has a goal of reaching the youth and children of the community through the construction of a Christian school that will be free of charge to the students. Children's Evangelist/Ministry Leader
This position will be responsible for ministry evangelism thoughout the community for children and families as well as teaching children Christian principles from God's Word. First Southern Baptist Church is located in a community with young families making a significant part of the demographics. We want the children's ministry to be integrated with overall church growth. The Children's Evangelist/ Ministry Leader will work closely with the Pastor to accomplish this integration.

The CBGC currently has three formal mission partnerships with the following: Belarus Baptist Union, Canadian Convention of Southern Baptists, and the Missouri Baptist Convention. We are looking for a person or couples to create awareness of the partnerships, promote participation, discover and promote needs and mission tri9ps, work to align partnering churches, work to align prayer partnerships, and keep the lines of communication healthy with these partners. This would include going to our local churches and associations to speak on mission's involvement as well as meeting with pastors and staff. The position will include serving alongside the Prayer Team Leader to further develop the prayer ministry/strategy of the Colorado Convention. To include overseeing the prayer web-site, maintaining up to date prayer needs, recruiting prayer intercessors, elevating awareness for praying kingdom, and helping churches and associations develop prayer ministries/strategies. The Youth Ministry Director of our church would be expected to either have or receive training from a Southern Baptist Seminary or have several years OJT at a church of like faith and message. This individual would be expected to teach and supervise the youth of our church; visit and evangelize the youth and their relatives. This individual should probably be married. This person will assist the Gas and Oil Field Ministry of the Colorado Baptist General Convention by conducting research into all aspects of the Gas and Oil Industry in Western Colorado. This position will also explore for and coordinate resources that might be available in allowing us to penetrate this unreached people group. The missionary will not necessarily need to have any knowledge of the industry, but will need to have good computer skills and telephone skills. We see this person spending a great deal of time in the office, but will need to be able to get out and do some travel if necessary to conduct interviews or attend meetings. We believe that God is sending thousands of people into Western Colorado and Southwestern Wyoming so that they will have the opportunity to hear and respond to the Gospel message. We need to have an ear to the industry in order to be most effective. MSC CO

A Missional Leader's basic job is to provide leadership for the church according to the directive of Acts 1:8. This person reports directly to the Senior Pastor. Together they make a team which helps develop and carry out a strategy of local missions.This involves discovering mission opportunities and developing and executing a long-range plan with goals, strategy, and action plans. He/she will share in the responsibility for establishing, recruiting, and supervising the On Mission Team (OMT). Budget development and expenditures for carrying out Acts 1:8 commission is to be supervised by the Missional Leader. Three goals for the Missonal Leader in their first year of operation would be 1) Personal: Going out into the community and developing relationships with un-believers and modeling personal evangelism. 2) Inside the Church: Training and equipping those believers inside the church to go out and do evangelism in the Tri-Lakes area. 3) Outside the Church: Developing new ministries and missions that will reach unsaved people. Feed My Sheep Ministry of the Roaring Fork Valley is expanding and thus in need of Godly, committed folks that will come and minister to this needy people group. The responsibilities include but certainly not limited to: Being the Supervisor of our supporting business opportunity, The Lamb's Network, and leading a daily devotional for that day's employees. At the present time The Lamb's Network has a drapery and church cleaning business that not only employs some of our homeless population but we hope will supply needed financial support for our ministry in the future, as well. The Lamb's Network could eventually provide a small stipend for this position from the proceeds of this and other business opportunities. Leading out in our spiritual formations area; preparing for and leading s short worship event for the homeless to give thanks each Friday morning, preparing for and leading a worship event at our church for the homeless each Sunday evening, being a mentor and disciple as need arises. 3. Report ability will be to the Director of Feed My Sheep Ministry. The MSC person or persons will need to provide for all of their living expenses. A male and/or a couple are preferred. MSC CO
